Thorn Valley

Description

Thorn Valley is a residential development located 10 kilometers on the outskirts of Windhoek, en route to Okahandja. The development’s primary objective is to provide affordable housing to Namibians while catering to their fundamental needs. It is designed as a gated community and is being developed in three phases. These phases comprise of both single and general residential erven, complemented by business erven.

Due to the rising need for housing in Namibia, we are extending an invitation to external developers to participate in the Thorn Valley Estate housing development by acquiring our General Residential Erven and developing homes.
